Our training programs are designed for the purposes of preventing and/or reversing bone density and muscle loss due to aging (sarcopenia). As such, they are geared towards strength and muscle hypertrophy. Whether you’re recovering from inactivity due to injury or simply looking to put on mass, we will be with you every step of the way. At VFC, we’ll arm you with the necessary tools to move well and be strong at any age.

*Sessions include 20 minutes of dietary discussion, 40 minutes of training, 10 minutes of cool down with Q&A.

Nutrition

At VFC, we believe that physical training of any kind requires a quality nutritional program to support a successful and sustained outcome. Therefore, we also provide guidance as part of our training sessions.

- 8 sessions for $1000*

*Sessions include a 30 minute grocery shopping trip and 40 minutes of cooking.
